Agentic coding is becoming a real workflow, not a demo. Tools like Claude Code and Cursor are changing how I ship daily, but the skill gap is shifting from 'can you write code' to 'can you architect, review, and steer AI output'. The developers who thrive will be the ones who treat AI as a multiplier for taste, not a replacement for thinking.
